One agreement per school. Everyone included.
Lerlo is priced per school per school year – not per teacher, per pupil or per feature. So nobody has to wonder whether a colleague may join too. The price depends on the size of the school, and we are happy to make one agreement for a whole municipality.
What the agreement includes
- All teachers and administrators at the school, and as many pupils and classes as you have.
- All features: seating plans, activities, classes and pupils, teaching, the change of school year, data protection. New activities are included as they are ready.
- Setting up the school together with you, importing the pupils and a walkthrough for the teachers, if you want one.
- Hosting and data in the EU, encrypted, with a log and a data processing agreement.
- Help from the people who built the system, in Danish, by email.
- Your data out again, at any time – and deleted when you stop.
About the agreement
How long are we committed for?
One school year at a time. The agreement follows the school year, so it fits the way you plan – and you can cancel it before the next year starts.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We set up the school, you invite a few teachers, and you use it for a while with your own classes. If you decide not to continue, we delete the school with everything that belongs to it.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You download what you want to keep as exports – everything about each pupil, each class and the school. Then the school is deleted with its classes, pupils, files and log. We keep no copies.
Do we pay for pupils who leave mid-year?
No. The price is per school, not per head. Pupils come and go, teachers change – that doesn't change the agreement.
Is there an agreement for a whole municipality?
Yes. Several schools in the same agreement, each with its own setup and its own administrators. No school can see another.
